1. Advisory Nature of Engagements

Leansta provides business management, commercial marketing, website development, and strategic operational consulting. All calculations, scores from free diagnostic tools, and roadmap recommendations are intended as planning frameworks based on prevailing market research and customer inputs.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, clients receive 100% full ownership of custom website source code, design assets, and tailored business plan documents created specifically for their engagement.

3. Non-Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

Leansta expressly refuses to guarantee specific commercial outcomes, such as guaranteed search engine rankings, fixed leads, bank loan sanctioning, or investor funding. We are not liable for commercial business losses arising from broader market shifts, changes in third-party search algorithms, or client operational failure.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from service contracts with Leansta shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
