Leansta Bihar Student Internship & Fellowship Program
Nurturing Bihar’s next generation of tech, marketing, and business leaders. Gain real-world industry experience working on live client advisory, modern web engineering, data-driven SEO, and startup modeling.
Bridging the Gap Between College Degrees and High-Growth Industry Skills
Students in colleges and universities across Bihar (Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Darbhanga, Bhagalpur) possess immense intellectual hunger and dedication. Yet, traditional academic syllabi often teach outdated theories rather than modern tech stacks like Next.js, real-world Google search intent mechanics, or actual business unit economics.
Leansta’s Student Fellowship exists to change this reality. We do not ask interns to fetch coffee or do data-entry chores. You work directly on real client problem statements, write production-grade code, analyze actual search queries, and learn how sustainable companies are built.
Who Can Apply?
- Enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate students in any year of study.
- Recent college graduates looking to build a high-credibility portfolio.
- Curious self-starters willing to commit 15–20 hours/week (part-time) or 40 hours/week (summer/winter full-time).
- No prior corporate work experience required — we value problem-solving drive over pedigree.
